The £1 million lotto prize winner purchased his/her Lotto Millionaire Raffle (April 8) ticket from Aberdeen (Scotland). No ticket holder came forward. Hence, the punter missed out his/her card claiming deadline. To benefit the good causes, the cash will now go to community projects.
The officials of National Lottery had allowed the winner to claim his/her ticket until yesterday. In adherence to a spokesman, the National Lottery raises over £30 million every week.
