Initiated by a malfunction, The Connecticut Lottery app misread over the weekend. It has been misreading winners and losers. Lottery officials identified the errors and shut down the app for an hour. The error identification took place from 12:25 pm, Saturday to 10:34 am, Monday.

This detection act has encouraged the players who scanned their tickets during that period to scan them again. “If you scanned draw tickets during that time, please check your tickets again. The Mobile App ‘Scan Tickets’ feature is now fully operational,” the lottery said. Players were open to check CT Lottery tickets at CT Lottery Ticket Checker available at Lottery Retailers.

However, the lottery authority did not reveal the numbers of affected tickets. Busy in investigating the cause of the malfunction, the officials received eight emailed complaints regarding the same.
