A woman from Goshen (Indiana, United States) scooped $200,000 from the Powerball drawing held on August 23. Just after checking the winning numbers drawn in the Powerball drawing, the woman, Angela Clark, realized that one of her tickets matched four of the first five numbers along with the Powerball number.

The ticket bought at Kroger at 109 Lew Dewitt Boulevard in Waynesboro multiplied the initial win $50,000 into $200,000 by the Powerball. She spent an extra dollar for the Power Play. “I think the first thing I did was scream. I don’t think it’s really sunk in yet,” she said in a media release. She selected the number on her ticket using family birthdays.

She was one of four ticket-holders in Virginia to win $200,000 in the Wednesday’s drawing. Clark, who works in Staunton, said she doesn’t have any immediate plans of utilizing her winnings.
