Judith Worster, a woman from Mooresville (Iredell County, USA), scooped $418K from the North Carolina Education Lottery. She bought the ticket for Saturday’s drawing at the Harris Teeter on Argus Lane in Mooresville.
Worster claimed her prize Tuesday and collected $290,570 (after required state and federal tax withholdings) from lottery headquarters in Raleigh.
The government of North Carolina is managing all the games of North Carolina Education Lottery (NCEL).
