Stockbridge man scoops $754,000 prize money

A Stockbridge man has scooped approx. $754,000 in a “Fast Cash” state lottery game. According to State Lottery officials, Mike Harbert, 51, purchased the lottery winning ticket at Unadilla Store in Gregory. Mike’s family owns the store.

Harbert along with his wife, Sherrie, collected the winnings on Tuesday at Michigan Lottery headquarters. Furthermore, the Stockbridge couple plans to invest the money for their retirement. Harbert said, “We’ve both worked hard all of our lives and have faced some challenges along the way, and this is going to be a tremendous help for our future together.”

As per Lottery officials, Harbert hit the progressive jackpot of the Fast Cash Jackpot Slots game. He also manages the Unadilla Store in Gregory.
