A Marquette Heights man has hit the Illinois Powerball jackpot. Daniel Quisenberry has won $50,000 in the Saturday, July, 29^th drawing.

Moreover, Quisenberry claimed the winning prize after his Quick Pick ticket matched four of the winning numbers plus the Powerball number. Little Grocery, 200 McKinley St., in East Peoria sold the winning ticket.

Quisenberry was presented his ticket at Illinois Lottery Prize Center in Springfield. He said, “I’m going to put this money in the bank for now.” On the other hand, the retailer also received a bonus of $500 for selling the winning ticket. The retailer receives 1% of the prize amount for selling the ticket.
