Manassas man recovered Lottery ticket worth $4 Million

Eric Lopez, a $4 million Virginia Lottery winner, lost his lottery ticket in April. He has recently recovered his ticket and collected $4 million cheque from the Virginia Lottery. The Manassas man purchased the ticket at the Centro Market on Patrick Henry Drive (Falls Church). He won the top prize in a $4 million Spectacular Riches scratcher game.

Moreover, he found the lost ticket in a stack of papers inside his car. Lopez could not believe how much he had won after searching off the ticket. “I was kind of ecstatic. I have not even been sleeping because I have never seen anything like this in my life,” he said to lottery officials. Lopez chose to get $2,571,357 as one-time cash option.

The winner wants to save money for his daughter’s college tuition, pay off his mortgage, and also possibly start his own business. Above all, the odds of winning the $4 million lottery jackpot are 1 in 1,305,600.
