A lottery ticket sold at a gas station in Michigan (located in Nelson County, about 50 miles west of Grand Forks) pays $25,000 per year for life. This is the third $25,000 a year for life prize ticket in North Dakota since the game was launched in 2016. He/she purchased it at Hamster Oil, 202 South St. W. on 14th August.

The concerned ticket matched five white balls for winning this huge prize. Yet, the winner has not claimed his/her prize yet. He/she has 180 days to make a claim. To claim, the ticket-holder has to notify the Lottery office with the winning ticket.
He/she can collect an annuity payment of $25,000 for 20 years (minimum), or can receive a lump sum amount of $390,000. Interestingly, the top Lucky for Life prize is $1,000 per day for life.
