A Monroe County woman won $1.8 million Lotto 47 jackpot from Michigan Lottery. She purchased her ticket at the Stop and Run which is located at 2062 South Custer Road in Monroe. The woman chose to remain anonymous.

Winning Numbers: 01, 19, 23, 35, 37, and 38

She matched all six Lotto 47 numbers drawn on August 16. This is the sixth time in 2017 when a player has won the Lotto 47 jackpot. “I bought a Lotto 47 ticket with EZMatch and won $2 on the EZMatch, so I cashed it in and stuck the new ticket in my purse,” the winner said.

She was at the store with her sister when she scanned the ticket on the Lucky Spot. The ticket was inside her purse. The woman claimed her ticket on Wednesday. Instead of receiving the winnings in yearly instalments, she chose to receive her prize as a one-time cash payment of about $1.1 million.
