Ticket Sold at Midlands Gas Station Wins $2 Million

A ticket purchased from the Sunco at 1083 Broad St. in Sumter won $2 million jackpot. It matched all five white numbers drawn in Saturday night’s Powerball drawing. Due to the addition of PowerPlay for an extra dollar, the $1 million prize was increased to $2 million. The white numbers for Nov. 11, 2017, were 4, 6, 16, 30, 56 and 18.

The lucky winner has not claimed his/her prize on Monday morning. So, the officials of SC Education Lottery asked all players to check their tickets. One in 11,688,054 is the odds of winning for the $1 million prize. When the jackpot is $150 million or less, the odds of winning for the 2X multiplier is 1 in 1.79.

South Carolina Education Lottery returns every single dollar spent by players. It returns the collected fund in the form of education fund, prizes, retailer commissions, and contractor payment.
