Hermenegildo Beltran-Meza, a man from NorCal, scooped a lottery prize worth $1 million. The California Black Premium Scratchers tickets were purchased in Placerville (California).

His wife doesn’t really like it when he buys the lottery tickets. Despite that, he bought two lottery tickets a day after getting an earful from his beloved about spending too much on lottery tickets.

His wife did not know about these two tickets. He had to hide the cards from his wife, and the scratch-off was done in a bathroom. Interestingly, one of this pair turned into a $1 million ticket.
