Michigan man scooped $1 Million from Powerball drawing

Michael Doyle, a player from Belleville (Michigan), won $1 million in the 2nd September Powerball drawing. Due to wrong ticket selling, there were various dramas before he scooped this jackpot. His ticket matched five main balls drawn in Saturday’s draw. He would have won the $70.5 million jackpot if his card managed to match the Powerball.

Winning Numbers: 06, 21, 41, 52, and 62

Powerball: 26

The 58-year-old winner heard that someone in Belleville was lucky enough to win $1 million but yet to claim their prize. “I immediately checked my tickets and have been happy and nervous ever since I realized I was the winner because $1 million is so much money!” he expressed.

Even though Doyle was close to his jackpot win, he was happy to scoop this million dollar prize. He bought five Mega Millions and four Powerball tickets on Friday, one day before the draw. He put all his tickets inside the wallet. Doyle becomes the latest big winner of $100,000 Powerball jackpot. He wants to buy a new car with his Powerball winnings.
