An Elmira Man is Accused of Stealing Lottery Tickets

Mark Kingsley, an Elmira man, is charged with stealing lottery tickets last December. He is accused of allegedly stealing $1,800 in lottery tickets from the Speedway Service Station on Corning road, in the Town of Horseheads, where he was employed.

The 35-year-old is now facing felony grand larceny charges for the same. August 23 was the day when the arrest warrant was issued against him.

He was remanded on his own recognisance in the Town of Horseheads court after being arrested by the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office. The accused is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
