After scooping the top prize on October 27 EuroMillions Ireland Only Raffle, Ireland’s newest millionaire has not claimed his prize yet. So, the officials of National Lottery have urged all EuroMillions players to check their tickets. With this life-changing win, the ticket holder becomes the third Ireland Only Raffle winner of this year. He/she purchased the lucky ticket from Londis in Attyfinlay Autocentre, Carrick on Shannon in Co Leitrim.

The lucky winner is open to claim his/her prize within 90 days of the date of the drawing. Store owner thinks that the winner may come from any corner of the country. “I am not sure who the millionaire is as we get a much-passing trade as Carrick is a big party town at the weekend. It really could be anyone!” Kevin Kennedy told the Leitrim Observer. For not collecting many lotto jackpots, it was believed that the Dublin is the worst county in Ireland. With one unlucky punter who fails to receive a whopping €2.7 million prize, there have been four unclaimed prizes in last two years. Since the game began in 1988, nine lotto players, in total, have not collected individual winnings of over €1 million.

Every ticket holder receives unique Ireland Only Raffle (IOR) code on his/her ticket for each EuroMillions line purchased. Interestingly, players are not the only winners in National Lottery EuroMillions. The lottery invests 30 cents of each ticket to Good Causes across Ireland.
