Washington Man Won $1 Million Lottery during Vacation Days

A man purchased $1 million lottery ticket while enjoying a family vacation. Jonathan Jones bought a million-dollar ticket from a small grocery store located in Williamsburg. The Washington man, along with his family, was vacationing at Busch Gardens. It is an amusement park. He bought a Powerball ticket at Terrace Grocery, and matched the first five numbers for the 22nd July drawing.

Winning Numbers: 5, 32, 44, 53, and 60

Powerball Number: 09

He preferred to use the Easy Pick option. The ticket purchased by Jonathan Jones was the only one in Virginia to match the first five numbers. It was one of just three nationwide. He is associated with a roofing company by his profession. Being asked, he informed the lottery officials that he has no immediate plans for the winnings.
