Someone in the Rhondda or Merthyr Tydfil, Wales is unaware of his mega win of worth £1 m and is being urged to come forward to claim and collect his winnings. The Mega Week winning ticket dates back to February 3 and also includes a Dip into Paradise prize. All the Lottery players are being urged to check their old tickets for one last time.
“We are urging everyone to check their old tickets one final time or look anywhere a missing Euro Millions ticket could be hiding,” appealed Andy Carter, the senior winners’ advisor at National Lottery.
The winning ticket holder has August 2 as the 180-day deadline to claim his prize. And, if no one comes to claim the winning prize then the entire amount, i.e. the money plus all the interest it will generate, will go towards National Lottery-funded projects across the UK.
