Ticket purchased at Service Station pays €6 million

The shop that sold €6 million Lotto ticket is finally known. A Lotto ticket sold at Argue’s Londis Service Station, in the north of the country pays €6m. The shop owner, Jim Argue, discovered the good news at 10.30 pm last night.

There were a few big wins in the area before. But this is Argue’s first big ticket winner. The celebration started just after the result publication. Many locals were coming to congratulate the Argue family. Everybody was getting out of their car with a smile on their face. The management is expecting that the winner of €6,409,326 Jackpot should share his/her joy with family.

It is good news for the locality and all rounds. “We are a forecourt service station. We get a lot of passing trade, so we do not know if the ticket is with someone locally or someone passing by. Best wishes to whoever won it,” he said. Local people have wished the shop authorities multiple times; the phone has not stopped ringing from the 6 am in the morning.

Michelle Brady who works in the shop couldn’t sleep after the news. She said that the store authorities received texts so frequently. Above all, the winning numbers along with the Bonus Number 13 were 7, 16, 18, 20, 24, and 37.
