The dream of winning the Dream Lottery prize became a reality for a St. Thomas (Southwestern Ontario, Canada) resident. Dermot Brennan won the grand prize on Thursday morning. He almost turned speechless after winning the top prize in hospital lottery. Brennan was out of the station as he was visiting family in Alberta. He expressed, “Oh my God!”

On the other hand, another winner, Elizabeth Garcia, received her $456,382.50 cheque from the president of Children’s Health Foundation at London Dream Home. “Oh my God, you are kidding me,” she said. It is a sentiment reaction by the Dream Lottery’s 50/50 prize winner from the county town of Dorset (England), Dorchester. Tony, her husband, heard her holler from another room and thought somebody had died. The pair now wants to use the winning amount to pay some bills. A vacation trip is also on their wish list.
