A retired couple in NSW has won more than $1 million at a Gold Coast club. Sue and Graham of Beresfield, NSW won the jackpot of $1,084,402 after they played the right numbers in Keno.

Sue and Graham said they couldn’t believe it when they realised they had won the $ 1 million jackpot. It was the second winning Keno ticket claimed. Yesterday an Upper Coomera couple claimed their golden ticket at Surfers Paradise RSL.

Graham usually didn’t buy lottery ticket and immediately check. Instead he prefers checking them at a later date. “I came here today and the lady said, ‘Your ticket’s frozen,’ Graham said. On the other hand, Sue said she would probably be gifting a house to her daughter. They will also plan a holiday vacation for their grandchildren.

Sue added, “I always said I wanted to win a million dollars draws.” They have never been on the dole. Sue and Graham who have their own house will be investing some of the rest of money.
