Penny Hitchcock, 39, of Orlando, claimed $3.75 million share of the $7.5 million jackpot for the August 19 drawing. According to Florida Lottery spokeswoman Jennifer Fulkert, Hitchcock chose to receive a lump sum payment of $2,640,671.89.
