BN3 5 area neighbours in Hove, England shared £3 million prize pot by winning the Postcode Lottery. They gathered at Hove Lawns on Saturday to receive their cheques at a special ceremony. By playing the full winning postcode, one player luckily won £257,387. Three other players won £32,778, 19 neighbours collected £21,852. However, 203 winners were also happy with their £10,926 cheques. All these cheques were handed over to the winners by TV presenter and Postcode Lottery ambassador Jeff Brazier.
Adrian Bradley said that his £10,926 win was a dream comes true. The 49-year-old construction worker was planning a trip to Australia and Japan for years. It will be a trip of the lifetime, according to him. He also wants to request his neighbours on the street play to make sure they sign up. “It is an incredible feeling that’s great to share with the people you live beside,” he said.
Daniel Reynolds, the British Airways cabin crew, also discovered he was a winner while he was working in Los Angeles. His partner sent him a message between the flights. So, it is going to be an exciting week for the 38-year-old. “The win couldn’t have come at a better time for her and her family,” said Amanda Norgate, 58, a school administrator. Her husband has not been working lately. So, this money has come at the right time for them.
