Jeffrey Puleski, 54 of North Fort Myers, Florida has claimed a multi-million dollar prize after he bought a Florida Lottery scratch-off ticket. Puleski purchased a Monopoly scratch-off ticket at the Publix on Bayshore Road in North Fort Myers and won the top prize of worth $5 million.

Puleski chose the one-time lump sum payment of $3.84 million in Tallahassee this week. The Publix store will also receive a $10,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
