A DeKalb, Illinois man wins $100,000 on Scratch-off Lottery ticket. Donald Gravlin is a 74 years old DeKalb resident who has no qualms about using his new windfall.

He purchased his winning lottery scratch off ticket at the Stop N Shop on Lincoln Highway and won $100,000 instantly. Donald was playing the World Class Millions game.
