Maureen Smith, the winning wife, chats with checkout staff in the same Publix where she bought the winning ticket 18 months ago. ‘She even buys a Powerball ticket from time to time,’ an employee told DailyMail.com. Moreover, they are playing the lottery at the same supermarket. A family friend said, ‘They are as conservative as ever.’ They have been picking the same random set of lottery numbers since an extended period. Nevertheless, the couple from Munford (Tennessee), John and Lisa Robinson, are the fellow winners of this jackpot.

Kaltschmidt, the ex-engineer, is willing to get a new car. He wants to upgrade his existing SUV with a popular model. They have two grown-up children: Michael who lives in Long Island and Denise who lives in the UK. Michael and Denise were unaware about their win because their parents decided to do so. As per Maureen, the win is a rare gift that has been placed in their care. She is a social lady who regularly calls friends and neighbors at home. So, the jackpot win benefited others, too. The store which sold the winning ticket received $100,000 from her. Interestingly, the worry of having millions of dollars had given Michael some sleepless nights.
