As per the news release from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, Buster Mullins, a Little Rock, (Arkansas) man collected $300,000 Monday morning. He scooped this lottery by a scratch-off ticket which was purchased at Geyer Springs Food Mart & Gas at 7520 Geyer Springs Road.

He visited 7520 Geyer Springs Road because he was looking for a Money Multiplier ticket. Then he bought his scratch-off ticket from Geyer Springs Food Mart & Gas. The store located in Little Rock was unable to provide a Money Multiplier ticket. So, Mullins purchased a $300,000 Fortune instant ticket by $10.

He claimed his $300,000 cheque by 10 am. “My wife does not even know yet. She will be in for a nice surprise later today,” the winner stated. The Mart & Gas store will receive $3,000 as the ticket selling bonus.
