The Store Owner Chang Xu said that they have been operating a syndicate for big draws like Superdraw for 16 years. He also said that half of the winner entered the syndicate from the start. He added, “It’s great to see the syndicate win after all these years.”

Mr Xu said, he knew something was up as two syndicate members made phone calls around 9 pm on Saturday. Usually, this doesn’t happen.
