A 65-year-old woman recognised the picture of the 90-year-old lottery winner and went to police, claiming he had sexually assaulted her. As per the claim, he had sexually assaulted her in the 1950s and 1960s. According to her, Peter Kaczmarczyk, the winner was her mother’s former boyfriend. Peter Kaczmarczyk, the Polish veteran of the Second World War, won $8 million in a lottery in 2010. The claim raised by 65-year-old woman turned down his life quite unusually.
The publicity of his success led to his long running prosecution on child rape charge. The woman claimed him as her childhood tormentor. But the veteran argues that he is deathly ill. He is even unable to attend his own trial. He is also a retired Toronto cab driver.
Moreover, the 90-year-old is engaged in purchasing tickets with his regular coffee shop waitress, Krystyna Skwira, 52, with whom he split the winnings. “Krystyna did not believe that we were going to win, but we did,” Kaczmarczyk said in a press release.
