Identified as Steven W, a punter from Fort Collins man is contemplating early retirement after winning a life-changing lottery jackpot. He has been able to win a prize of $3 million in a Colorado Lottery scratch-off game. Steven bought the winning ticket Monday at a Schrader’s Country Store on College Avenue. It was one of the three $3 million jackpots won in Monday’s $50 Bankroll Blast scratch game.
“Steven stopped in at Schrader’s Country Store on College Avenue and bought one ticket, which just happened to be the very first ticket in the pack. As he scratched off the coating on the ticket, uncovering the $3 million prize, disbelief washed over him,” the Colorado Lottery officials said.
As per a press release, the lucky ticket was first sold from the pack that was opened at the Fort Collins store. He was a little stunned when he reported the winning ticket at the adjacent Department of Motor Vehicles office. The winner, who is associated with a bottle manufacturing job, has collected $2.13 million after taxes. He is planning for early retirement now. Enjoying a holiday season is also on his wish list.
