The Museum is located on 105 Puyu Road W. inside a government-subsidised charity program park, Shanghai Gongyi Xintiandi. Aims in displaying the 30-year history and development of this social welfare lottery, the Museum opens from Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
